The Role

As a Researcher at Skript, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both recruitment and business development efforts. This is an entry-level position designed to give you broad exposure to the business while providing a platform to grow into sales, account management, or operations. You’ll be responsible for research, coordination, and process improvement—helping to drive efficiency across the team.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment and business development by conducting in-depth research to identify potential candidates, clients, and market trends.

Coordinate interviews and meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Create well-structured reports and collateral to support client searches and business development initiatives.

Help optimize internal systems and processes to improve data management and workflow efficiency.

Contribute across the business, assisting in various operational and strategic initiatives as needed.
