Role Description.
This role is all about developing our ability to leverage industry intelligence and data to optimize our candidate delivery and business development efforts.
Working alongside our delivery team, you will be responsible for building out processes and systems which will support the collection and application of market data, as well as executing key research initiatives.
This is the first dedicated Research hire we are making. The expectation is that we will grow a team around the Research Lead as the company scales so this position is well suited to someone who would like to build and manage a team in the near future.
Day to day responsibilities will include.
Spearheading the investigation, recommendation, introduction and development of research systems and processes.
Compiling datasets for use by our business development and candidate delivery functions.
Upkeep and maintenance of relevant platforms and databases
Assisting in the Production search reports and other collateral, predominantly for use by clients .
Candidate Requirements.
Proven experience of delivering research initiatives, ideally in a corporate setting.
Intellectual curiosity. You are hungry for knowledge and take it upon yourself to learn. You can quickly grasp new business and technology concepts.
Experience of working with Database and CRM platforms.
Keen grasp of operations. You can design scalable systems/processes.
