The Role

As a Recruiter at Skript, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients. You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and internal talent teams to deliver high-impact hires across commercial and technical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for key searches, from sourcing to closing candidates.

  • Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and compelling storytelling.

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and talent challenges.

  • Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple roles and industries.

  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, ensuring a strong fit for both skills and culture.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and hiring strategies.

  • Work with our internal sourcing team to drive efficiency and improve hiring outcomes.

About You

  • Experience: 2+ years in a recruitment role, within an agency or high-growth tech environment.

  • Market knowledge: You have deep vertical knowledge in at least one area of the tech sector.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Sourcing skills: Experience with research based delivery - we go way further than keywords.

  • Tech skills: Ability to leverage the latest technologies, including AI, to optimize recruitment processes and improve the quality of output.

  • Adaptability: Able to pivot between different industries and roles as client needs evolve.
